The grote markt "Market Square" is closed for all traffic between 11-6 am. Please note that the hotel is located on the Market Square so you are not able to reach the frontdoor by car after 11 am. Click on the map for printable pdf version.

Driving directions to the Amadeus Hotel:
From Utrecht : follow directions for Amsterdam - 5 km before Amsterdam follow signs for Haarlem.
When you approach Haarlem, don't follow Haarlem-Zuid, but take the next exit for Haarlem (A5).
Drive on until T-junction. On your left you will see a monument which is called "Amsterdamse Poort
(gate)". At this T-junction you turn right - 2nd traffic light left - follow this road over the bridge - after the 3rd traffic
light turn left onto the "Kruisweg" (centrum)- stay on this road until you reach the "smedestraat" at the end of
this street you will see the Market Square on your right hand. The hotel is located on the other side of the
market.
Coming from Rotterdam or The Hague ( Den Haag ) : follow directions above. Directions for Amsterdam-Zaandam are slightly different because you are already driving on the road ending at the
T-junction.
Driving directions to the Appelaar Garage
From Utrecht : follow directions for Amsterdam - 5 km before Amsterdam follow signs for Haarlem. When you approach Haarlem, don't follow Haarlem-Zuid, but take the next exit for Haarlem (A5). Drive on until T-junction. On your left you will see a monument which is called "Amsterdamse Poort (gate)". At this T-junction you turn right - 1st traffic light left - follow this road over the bridge - turn left onto the "Donkere Spaarne" - stay on this road and after 300 meters you will see the parking entrance on you right hand side. The hotel is located on the other side of the church.
